		Arty Coppes is the founder of Aeolus Coaching and Consulting. Arty brings to her coaching and facilitation practice an experience of having lived in different countries in Europe and North America. She uses a unique combination of facilitation and coaching skills to help individuals and teams address barriers to growth; understand their potential and succeed. Mrs. Coppes has authored books and articles on issues ranging from leadership to the history of medicine, and her latest publication is with co-authors Stephen Covey , Ken Blanchard and Brian Tracy in "Discover Your Inner Strengths" .
